Pulte readies Cordova homes

Pulte Homes will debut the models at its Cordova neighborhood in Summerlin during festivities next weekend.

The celebration is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include live jazz music and refreshments.

Located within The Paseos village, the neighborhood offers three two-story designs priced from the mid-$300,000s. Each has a two-car garage.

"These home designs are perfect for move-up buyers who choose to live in an upscale, master-planned community with many conveniences," general sales manager Susan Allen said.

The 1,625-square-foot plan has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a formal dining room, sitting area in the master suite, balcony and covered porch.

Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths are featured in the 1,720-square-foot plan. Additionally, the home has a balcony, great room, island kitchen and upstairs computer alcove.

The 1,911-square-foot plan has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room with a parlor, upstairs laundry room, optional loft, balcony and covered porch.

All homes qualify for the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label and incorporate the Platinum Plus level of the Environments for Living technology. This enables the builder to offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select subdivisions offer 2X6 construction on walls around living spaces.

Residents will have access to community amenities such as parks, play areas, picnic and barbecue areas, golf courses and trails.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard and go west. Take the second right onto Desert Foothills Drive, then turn left onto Desert Sunrise Road. Turn left again onto Paseo Flower and turn right on Asilo Drive.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
