Two plans feature two bedrooms. The Sera has one bath, measures 816 square feet and starts in the high $120,000s, while the Luna has two baths, measures 978 square feet and is priced from the mid-$150,000s.

Three bedrooms are featured in the Solé, which has two baths, measures 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$170,000s; and the Terra, which has three baths, measures 1,444 square feet and is priced in the high $180,000s.

All units have raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds, and granite counter tops.

The model home center and sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road and go west toward Decatur Boulevard.
