Stonework standard at Turtle Creek
US Home is touting the included features in its homes at The Courts at Turtle Creek, a luxury-home neighborhood in the northwestern valley. "We've included stone detail accents as a standard feature for the exterior of every home. It adds an elegant finished look that our home buyers really appreciate," executive Vicki Zoot said. The neighborhood offers two of the builder's most popular floor plans: the single-story Brentwood, which measures as much as 3,000 square feet, and the two-story San Clemente, which measures as much as 4,500 square feet and has as many as seven bedrooms. "We selected these two very distinctive models for The Courts at Turtle Creek because they offer incredible interior design flexibility and home buyers have an almost unlimited selection of upgrade option choices to personalize their homes." Standard features include upgraded carpet and pad, ceramic-tile entry, upgraded door hardware, soft-water loop, two-tone paint, wood window sills, and a finished garage. Highlights of the baths include diamond-shaped sinks, cultured-marble vanities, separate tub and shower with ceramic tile, while kitchens feature granite counters, pullout-sprayer faucet, upgraded built-in double ovens, dishwasher, sealed burner gas cook top, porcelain sink, oak cabinets, pot and pan drawers, a tilt out tray below the sink, and a pantry. "A lot of detail goes into every home we design. We listen to what home buyers tell us is important to them and to their lifestyle, and then we work with our designers and architects to incorporate these `wants and needs' into our homes. It's part of our `We Care' philosophy that focuses on our families," Zoot said. Homes are priced from the $500,000s. Thirty homes will be built at the neighborhood. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed on the interstate to Jones Boulevard then go south to Azure Drive. Model homes are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
