Summerlin local benefits Calavera

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Calavera's proximity to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, coupled with its Summerlin location, have impressed visitors at the neighborhood, according to Richmond American Homes sales agent Dee Millich.

The neighborhood is under development in The Paseos village, which is planned to include a 20-acre park with two junior soccer fields, two T-ball fields, sand volleyball courts, a basketball court, playground, picnic areas and turf areas.

"With Summerlin Centre currently being developed, this section will bring good value through restaurants and shopping," Millich said.

Four floor plans feature layouts that place the standard two-car garage at the rear of the homes, creating a landscaped, pedestrian-friendly environment.

Priced from the $360,000s, the single-story Daisy plan measures 1,316 square feet. It offers three bedrooms, two baths and a living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen features a built-in desk and an island. A patio is optional.

At 1,521 square feet, the two-story Primrose model provides three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, as well as a living room with a media niche that can be customized. The kitchen island features a dining bar. A master retreat is optional.

The two-story Zinnia floor plan measures 1,738 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A great room offers an optional fireplace, and there is a separate dining room as well. The kitchen is open to the dining area and includes a nook. A covered patio accents the design's exterior, as does a covered side porch. The price starts from the $400,000s.

Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths highlight the 1,912-square-foot Dahlia model, which is priced from the $430,000s. It features a living and dining room, as well as a kitchen with a pantry, nook and optional patio. The master bedroom with optional retreat is upstairs.

Master baths in all of the homes include walk-in closets, garden tubs, dual sinks, cultured-marble vanities and an enclosed toilet.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard, go west to Desert Foothills Drive and turn north. At Desert Sunrise Road, head west to Paseo Flower Court and go south.

The builder has more than 30 neighborhoods under development in the Las Vegas Valley. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
