Pageantry Cos. seeks to meet the needs of many home buyers with its varied residential options, according to one of its executives. The builder's homes are geared for first-time and move-up buyers, and are priced from the $100,000s to the $300,000s. Amenities can include gated entries, landscaped areas, neighborhood pools, spas, playgrounds and barbecue areas. Black Hawk is a condominium development in North Las Vegas. It features three plans ranging from 1,071 to 1,383 square feet and priced from the mid-$100,000s. Common area amenities within the gated development include a pool, spa and 2-acre park. To visit the models, take Interstate 215 to Losee Road, go south to Centennial Parkway, head east to Pecos Road, drive south to Azure Drive, go east to Walnut Road and follow the signs. Presales are under way for Granite Crest, a condominium development in the northeastern valley. Its three floor plans will range from 1,071 to 1,383 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s. The gated development will include a pool. Models are expected to open early next year. The development is just east of Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard. Single-family homes are offered at Wine Ridge Estates in the southwestern valley. Its three designs measure 1,793 to 2,204 square feet and are priced from the $300,000s. Models are set to open by year's end. The neighborhood will include a park.
