City Lights readies designs for move-ins
Anyone interested in moving into a new home in time for the December holidays should visit City Lights, a condominium development in the northeastern valley, according to sales agent John Di Carlo. "Now is the time to act so you can be into your home by the holidays," he said. "We keep the process as simple as possible and if you use our preferred lender, not only will you spend the holidays in your new home, but you'll get a new washer, dryer, refrigerator and microwave oven to boot." The development is located at the base of Sunrise Mountain. "City Lights is almost at the end of where Lake Mead Boulevard ceases to become a street and becomes a county road en route to Lake Mead. That's one of the main features of our homes -- the quiet, almost park-like setting with all the mature trees and setback from the streets," Di Carlo said. The gated development comprises 274 homes and includes two swimming pools and a spa; a community center with a fitness room, kitchen and gathering area; and mature trees and shrubs. Three floor plans are available. The New York is a 776-square-foot design with one bedroom and one bath, priced from $98,900. Paris is a 1,018-square-foot design priced from $129,900. It has two bedrooms and two baths. Milan, which measures 1,142 square feet, has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from $151,900. "Come in, decide which floor plan suits you the best and we'll get the paperwork moving," Di Carlo said. "In fact, once we get rolling, your toughest decision should be where to place the Christmas tree." The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Lake Mead Boulevard, go east past Hollywood Boulevard, then turn north into the first development.
