Bomeisl said when he found the complex, he knew it was the right place for him to retire.

He said his decision to purchase was easy, "It was the community, the view, the location, the grounds, friendly staff and a great lender."

The retired public service worker said he enjoys the gym, resort-style pool and spa, wireless network, tennis courts and view of the Las Vegas Valley.

Prices start in the mid-$100,000's. The condominium complex offers one-, two- and three- bedroom residences. There are four floor plans.

The Ridge has one bedroom and one bath in 822 square feet.

The Canyons includes two bedrooms and two baths in 1,016 square feet.

Measuring 1,187-square-foot, The Trails provides for two bedrooms and two baths.

The Summit has three bedrooms and two baths in 1,387 square feet.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Horizon Drive exit and turn right.

At Horizon Ridge Parkway turn right. The complex is on the left at 231 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway.

The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
