California vacationers choose Vistana condo
When Santa Barbara, Calif., residents Larry and Carol Parsons were searching for a vacation home in the desert, they found the Vistana at Rhodes Ranch condominium complex in the southwestern valley. "We looked all over the Las Vegas Valley for our vacation getaway home and chose Vistana at Rhodes Ranch. We loved the low maintenance and great recreational choices at Vistana. Everywhere else had less amenities than Vistana," Larry Parsons, a university safety officer, said. The Parsons selected the two-bedroom, two-bath Madrid model at the Rhodes Homes development. "The layout and space were exactly what we needed for our second home," he said. "The interest rates were good and the included appliance package was very convenient. Vistana is also a family community, which made me feel at home." Buyers can choose from nine single- and two-story floor plans, measuring from 670 to 1,200 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$70,000s to the $120,000s. Window coverings and an appliance package are included. Amenities include three planned swimming pools, a two-story fitness center and spa. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
