Many features standard at Signature's Crescendo

Signature Homes' Crescendo, a single-family neighborhood in the southeastern valley, provides affordable housing with an appliance package, according to the builder.

One- and two-story homes are available, ranging from about 1,100 to 1,600 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. Prices start from the low $100,000s.

The appliance package consists of a washer, dryer and refrigerator. Also included are window coverings, a security system and an automatic garage door opener.

"This comprehensive package substantially reduces out-of-pocket costs for our home buyers, plus it saves them the time they would otherwise have to spend driving around town to shop for these important items," sales agent Jane Wilcox said. Community amenities include a swimming pool and spa, open space areas, and a recreation building with a fireplace and exercise equipment.

To visit, take Tropicana Avenue east, past Boulder Highway, to Broadbent Boulevard and follow the signs. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
