Mill Creek adds to single-story plan lineup
Buyer demand for single-story homes prompted Pulte Homes to introduce the Sea Breeze II plan at its Mill Creek neighborhood in the northwestern valley, according to sales agent Allison Tolson. "We found there is an increasing number of home buyers looking for the convenience of a one-story that offers a tremendous value while packed with special features," Tolson said. "Responding to our buyers' needs, Pulte has created a superior level of living in Mill Creek by offering floor plans to fit the various needs of today's home buyers in a community that fits their lifestyle." The Sea Breeze II is a 1,970-square-foot, split bedroom design featuring four bedrooms, two baths, an owner suite with a walk-in-closet in the rear of the home, and a great room. The home is a smaller version of the neighborhood's 2,300-square-foot Sea Breeze plan, which features four bedrooms with an owner suite, 2 1/2 baths, optional recreation and hobby rooms, kitchen nook, and two-car and tandem garages or an optional three-car garage. Another single-story model is the Ocean Side, a 2,561-square-foot home with a split bedroom design; four bedrooms; two baths; and a family room, living room and dining room combination. Available two-story floor plans are the 3,007-square-foot Marina, which features a first-floor owner suite, three bedrooms upstairs, and a loft or optional fifth bedroom; the Delta, a 3,016-square-foot home with four bedrooms and three baths; and the 3,589-square-foot Del Ray that can be converted from five bedrooms with a game room to seven bedrooms. The gated neighborhood, which is located within the Lynbrook community and priced from the $190,000s to the mid-$200,000s, has 27 home sites remaining, according to Tolson. Occupancy by the end of the year is available. All homes include Category 5e (enhanced) wiring; front-yard landscaping; covered patios; covered porches and/or courtyards (per plan); stucco eaves; vaulted ceilings and niches (per plan); ceramic-tile entry flooring; six-panel doors; and prewiring for garage door openers, security systems, ceiling fans, cable and telephones. The neighborhood is Energy Star certified for energy efficiency and features the Environments for Living building technology, which provides a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. Lynbrook is comprised of 10 neighborhoods and offers mountain views, parks and recreation facilities. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, then go north about four miles to Farm Road and follow the signs. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
