Jazz musician Enrico Santarelli purchased a unit at juhl in downtown Las Vegas.
"Juhl is so unique, and it resembles the place where I recently lived in Boston," said Santarelli, who has also lived in cities such as Milan, London, Amsterdam and Los Angeles.

Santarelli is looking forward to making his new two-bedroom unit, with three balconies, his permanent residence.
Located at the corner of Bonneville Avenue and 4th Street, the complex will have six buildings of varying heights and facades.
The developer, CityMark, offers buyers more than 100 floor plans ranging from 616 to 2,500 square feet and includes one- and two-level designs in live/work lofts, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, warehouse lofts, townhouses, flats and penthouses.
A fully equipped two-story fitness center, landscaped rooftop courtyard with a pool and spa, gated underground parking and 24,000 square feet of retail space have also been planned for juhl. Prices start in the $300,000s.
From Interstate 15, exit Charleston Boulevard and head east; turn left on Grand Central Parkway; turn right on Bonneville to 255 E. Bonneville Ave.
The Information Studio is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except for Monday when it opens at noon. For more information visit >www.juhl-lv.com
