Two homes near completion at Vineyards
Christopher Homes is putting the finishing touches on two homes in its Vineyards neighborhood in Summerlin. A Monticello is ready for immediate occupancy while a Rothschild should be completed in December, according to sales agent Cheryl Lee. The Monticello model home, measuring 3,409 square feet, is completely furnished and decorated. Its single-story design features a courtyard with a fireplace, three bedrooms, and a casita overlooking the courtyard. Other features include a great room with a pool table, a covered backyard patio and a spa. It is priced at $733,315. "Every aspect of this home reflects the highest level of luxury -- from beautiful upgraded flooring to the finest in counter surface materials, cabinetry, custom accents and design appointments. The custom craftsmanship and elegance is indescribable," Lee said. The two-story Rothschild home has a master suite, three secondary bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a library. Measuring 3,886 square feet, it is priced at $580,073. Amenities include a gated motor court, a covered backyard patio, balcony off the master suite, fireplaces in the living and family rooms, cherry cabinetry, slab granite counter tops, and upgraded tile and carpet flooring. Lee said additional homes are scheduled to be ready for move-in in May 2003. One home site offers the opportunity for the buyer to select from four one- and two-story floor plans and customizing options. Floor plan variations and interior options can be selected at the builder's design center. Priced from the low $400,000s, the guard-gated neighborhood is located in The Arbors village. Homes range from 3,072 to about 5,000 square feet. Features include motor courts, balconies, and courtyards with fireplaces. A series of fountain plazas link the neighborhood's private park to Summerlin's Paseo Park. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Anasazi Drive, and turn left. Turn right at Banburry Cross Drive, proceed to Laurelglen Drive and turn left. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
