Sales at Villa Villagio remain strong

Sales at Astoria Homes' Villa Villagio remain strong, with 32 of the neighborhood's 119 homes remaining for sale, according to sales agent Traci Sexton.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, the gated neighborhood offers four one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,584 to 3,932 square feet. Homes are available with as many as five bedrooms, and buyers can choose options such as bonus rooms, lofts, master retreats and balconies.

"We have been very busy since the day we opened and sales activity is increasing as the opportunity to buy a brand new home in Seven Hills comes to a close. The good news is, we have just released homes on some of the most desirable home sites in Villa Villagio, including many located on quiet cul-de-sacs and several with wonderful views Sexton said.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including an estimated 300 custom homes, some of which offer golf course, city and mountain views. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s and custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Other active neighborhoods are Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space. Amenities include trails, shaded rest areas, water fountains, covered picnic areas, and parks offering basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds, and playgrounds.

To visit the information and sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
