Del Webb Corp., the developer, and the city of Henderson celebrated the grand opening Oct. 17. Costs for the 55-acre park were estimated at $6.7 million. Amenities include softball, baseball and soccer fields, along with a skate park. -- Judi A. Woodyard of Commercial Associates represented Big Apple Cleaners in the 62-month lease of 1,151 square feet at 8320 W. Sahara Ave. from Great American Plaza for $179,556. -- Charles Van Geel of American Nevada Co. represented the company in its five-year lease of 1,092 square feet at 2551 N. Green Valley Parkway in Green Valley Professional Center to Maryam Sina for $121,750.
