-- SR Construction completed Anthem Hills Community Park, located at the northeast corner of Sonatina and Reunion drives in Henderson. Del Webb Corp., the developer, and the city of Henderson celebrated the grand opening Oct. 17. Costs for the 55-acre park were estimated at $6.7 million. Amenities include softball, baseball and soccer fields, along with a skate park.

-- Judi A. Woodyard of Commercial Associates represented Big Apple Cleaners in the 62-month lease of 1,151 square feet at 8320 W. Sahara Ave. from Great American Plaza for $179,556.

-- Charles Van Geel of American Nevada Co. represented the company in its five-year lease of 1,092 square feet at 2551 N. Green Valley Parkway in Green Valley Professional Center to Maryam Sina for $121,750. Van Geel also represented the company in the 61-month lease 5,060 square feet at 2490 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Corporate Center South to Universal Realty for $452,447. Van Geel also represented the company in its 10-year lease of 7,111 square feet at 2260 Corporate Circle in Green Valley Corporate Center to Aldec for $350,791. Richard Green represented American Nevada Co. in the five-year lease of 1,609 square feet at 55 S. Valle Verde Drive in Paseo Verde Plaza to Get Nails, represented by David Grant of Colliers International, for $153,763.

-- Grubb and Ellis' Xavier Wasiak and Kimberly Friedman represented Blake and Valoy Esauk in the five-year lease of 5,800 square feet at 2331 Silver Wolf to the University and Community College System of Nevada, represented by John Newman of Re/Max Advantage, for $206,421.

-- Rose Marie Tornandizo-Pinto of Sapphire Realty represented Keith and Patricia Veltre in the sale of 7,616 square feet at 6430 Sunset Corporate Drive to Scott Moon, represented by Jim Jensen of Jensen Realty, for $755,000.

-- Tim Behrendt of MDL Group represented The Prince Group in its 60-month lease of 2,800 square feet at 4275 W. Bell Drive, Suite 8, to Dura Stone, represented by Christine Crawley of Robert Goodsitt Realty, for $122,323.

-- Patrick Sauter and Jon Clark of The Sauter Cos. represented the Tarr-Harrison Family in its sale of 56 units in the Tara Vista Apartments, 3979 Tara Ave., to Gunsah Corp. for $2.2 million. Sauter and Clark again represented the Tarr-Harrison Family in the sale of 76 units at Desert Villas Apartments, located at 2115 Winwood St., to Wang, Nai Jui and Lai Jia, and Veh's Development for $3.8 million. Sauter and Jon Clark represented the Zagon Family Trust in its sale of 57 units at 4151 Sirius Ave. to St. Tropez Villas, represented by Mark Anthony of Century 21 MoneyWorld, for $2.5 million.

-- David Abraham and Jay Jacobsen of Power Realty represented Hammer East in its sale of 10 acres at the northeast corner of Beesley Drive and Hammer Lane from Serre Trust and Hooly, represented by Wayne Miller of Wayne Miller Real Estate, for $1.4 million.

Barashy also represented both parties in Russell Ricks' purchase of 2.25 acres at the northwest corner of Cecile Avenue and Lamont Street from Cecile Associates for $329,000.
