San Sevino called popular with buyers
San Sevino, Southwest Homes' newest neighborhood in the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley, has reported strong sales. Since it opened six months ago, 35 homes have been sold. "From the start, San Sevino has been very popular among a wide range of home buyers," President Todd Slusher said. "The community offers gorgeous views of the city, surrounding mountains and the Southern Highlands golf course. Plus, each model features a spacious floor plan and variety of amenities that suit any lifestyle." Homes in the gated neighborhood are priced from $383,990 to $452,990. Five floor plans measuring from 2,735 to 4,744 square feet are offered, while 551-square-foot casitas are available as an option. "We are looking forward to completing all of the models in January," Slusher said. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several builders. Homes are priced from the $170,000s to the $600,000s. Maps of the community are available at any of the models. To visit, take Interstate 15 south to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
