Park Towers sells final unit
Park Towers at Hughes Center has sold its final luxury condominium at the twin 20-story high-rise towers. The project has generated more than $150 million in sales. "We are so pleased to have reached this landmark occasion so quickly, even in spite of the challenges the U.S. economy has faced over the last several years," developer Irwin Molasky said. The development held its grand opening in June 2001, offering homes ranging from 2,100 to 5,400 square feet. It was conceived in 1997 by Molasky and casino executive Steve Wynn. In July 2001, a magazine ranked the luxury condominiums among the Top 5 nationally. The property features formal gardens, trellised gazebos, a Hollywood-style screening room, spa and fitness center, a board room and business services center, billiard room, grand salon and wine cellar. Vertical Properties Group will handle resales. "All of our residents have more than seen the value and appreciation of their investment in Park Towers, but in some cases have opted to move on, thereby creating resale opportunities," broker Cindy DellaValle said. |
