Christopher's Bellacere homes, amenities lauded

Christopher Homes' Bellacere custom-home neighborhood has blossomed in the Summerlin master-planned community, according to Mark Stuhmer, vice president of the custom division.

Stuhmer said the neighborhood's popularity can be attributed its location along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course, the caliber of the homes already completed, and the division's craftsmanship and client services.

"Bellacere is a one-of-a-kind custom-home neighborhood. Prospective buyers who have not visited in some time should come and see how this neighborhood has developed, and the amenities such as the private park, linear park and guard-gated entrance," Stuhmer said.

"This is a custom neighborhood of unsurpassed beauty and quality. From the entry monuments and fountain, to the streetscape and open space areas, everything about Bellacere evokes a sense of luxury."

Located in The Canyons village, the neighborhood features homes valued from about $750,000 to more than $4 million. Home sites range from one-third acre to one-half acre, some of which offer views of the fairways, city and mountains. Buyers may purchase two adjoining lots to create an estate as large as acre.

Stuhmer said the builder's custom division includes architectural designers, interior designers, purchasing agents, construction experts and customer service representatives who can help complete the design process with electrical, plumbing, flooring, counter tops, cabinetry, wall covering and window covering choices. Optional features include basements, elevators, casitas, wine cellars and fireside courtyards.

Buyers can access the builder's plans during the design phase of their own home.

"Our team of design and construction experts are here to guide each custom client through every phase of the process. The ultimate goal is to simplify the design/build process for our clients and eliminate the unnecessary stress that is so often associated with building a custom home," he said.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive, then go east. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
