Pageantry to open Sunrise Crest for sales
Pageantry Communities will open Sunrise Crest for sales on Saturday, June 12. The neighborhood is located in the northeastern valley. "Our goal is to do something different with ... Sunrise Crest; we are not accepting priority or VIP lists for this community," marketing and sales director DeeAnn Alper-Collins said. "Potential home buyers will have equal opportunity on the same day to own one of Sunrise Crest's 41 homes, as well as to qualify for their chance to win a Mexican cruise." The festivities will also include a barbecue, and lenders will be on-site. Sunrise Crest is located between Washington Avenue and Bonanza Road, east of Nellis Boulevard. Take Washington east from Nellis to Ringe Lane and head south, or take Bonanza east from Nellis to Betty Lane and go north. The office will open at 9 a.m.; sales will begin at 10 a.m. Three floor plans range from 1,795 to 2,204 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two or three baths. Prices start in the $200,000s. Information can be obtained before the event at the builder's Black Hawk development in North Las Vegas. Take Interstate 215 to Losee Road, go south to Centennial Parkway then head east past Pecos Road. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
