The amenities at Ivy Lane, a condominium development in Henderson, have proved popular with buyers, according to Tawyna Rosenthal, marketing director.

"Home buyers are rushing to Ivy Lane to get a choice new condominium home before they are all gone," Rosenthal said.

Floor plans feature granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, three patios or balconies, fireplaces and Roman tubs. Second-story units have skylights.

The two-bedroom, two-bath units measure 1,050 square feet and are priced from the $150,000s.

The 35-building complex is located near the intersection of Annie Oakley Drive and Sunset Road. Duck Creek runs through the property, which also has mature landscaping plus three swimming pools and spas.
