Builder says Crestmont site half sold

     Of the 168 homes planned at Capital Pacific Homes' Crestmont in Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch, almost half of the one- and two-story homes have been sold, according to a marketing spokesperson for the builder.
      Crestmont offers four one- and two-story plans.
      The two-story, three-bedroom, two-bath Plan 1, contains 1,764 square feet.
      Plan 2, a one-story, 1,962-square-foot home has two bedrooms and a den, two baths or an optional third bedroom.
      The two-story, 2,468-square foot Plan 3, has three bedrooms and a loft, two baths and options that include a den/workshop, master bedroom retreat, fourth and fifth bedrooms or a four-car garage.
      Prices range from $141,990 to $183,990.
      The two-story, 2,921-square-foot Plan 4 has four bedrooms, a game room, three baths and a three-car garage. Options include a den or fifth bedroom.
      The Sunridge master plan contains parks and streetscapes.
      The architecture includes Country French exteriors, front porches, decorative iron and shutters per plan, stucco exteriors, concrete-tile roofs, a choice of desert or combination front-yard landscaping with sprinkler system, enclosed backyards, two- and three-car garages with direct home access, metal rollup garage doors and 8-foot entry doors. Interiors have ceramic-tile entries, textured ceilings and recessed lighting, breakfast nooks in some plans, fireplaces in the family room and raised-panel interior doors.
      Kitchens have oak cabinets, ceramic-tile counter tops in a choice of almond or white, gas ranges and multicycle dishwashers.
      To visit, take Eastern Avenue south of Lake Mead Drive to Green Valley Parkway and turn right to Sandy Ridge. Models open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
