Seven Hills gives bonus to Realtor
Donna Saucier, an agent with Prudential Americana Group, was the first of many local Realtors to receive a $2,000 cash prize in Seven Hills' "Seeing is Believing" promotion.
Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the planned community, sponsored the promotion, which gave a $2,000 cash bonus to real estate agents who sold a new home in a participating neighborhood on or after March 26 and then closed escrow on the same home by May 31. The cash prizes were in addition to any commissions or bonuses that were paid by the home builders. In June, an additional 10 prizes of $500 will be presented to agents whose names are selected in a drawing.
Saucier sold a home at Meridiana, built by The Helmer Co. The gated enclave offers single-story homes, ranging from 2,111 to 2,410 square feet. Prices start from the $190,000s. "My clients spent several months looking at dozens of neighborhoods in the southeast valley before deciding that Seven Hills and Meridiana offered the right combination of location, style and value," Saucier said. "One important factor in their buying decision was that Meridiana is located in a master-planned community, which contributes greatly toward keeping the integrity of every neighborhood intact. There are no RVs or boats allowed in the streets and driveways at Seven Hills and as an added benefit, all front yards at Meridiana are professionally maintained through the homeowners association. This promotes a sense of continuity throughout the entire neighborhood and ensures that my client's new home will be a source of pride and satisfaction for years to come."
Saucier also praised the broker relations program.
"Stacey Alston (director of marketing for Seven Hills) and her staff do a wonderful job of providing Realtors with pertinent and up-to-date information regarding available products and new community amenities at Seven Hills," she said.
