Turnberry Place condominiums feature luxury resort amenities

     Residents at Turnberry Place will have the benefit of resort-style amenities once the project is complete, according to John Riordan, vice president of sales. The 15-acre, high-rise residential development is located at 2777 Paradise Road.
      Community benefits include 24-hour security and valet service, a gated entry, porter and room service, limousine and concierge service, a high-tech business center, two levels of underground parking, and city views.
      "Turnberry Place will provide every resident with VIP treatment," Riordan said.
      All residents will have access to the community's 55,000-square-foot private club, which offers casual and formal dining, a European-style spa, fitness center, lounge with a piano bar, billiard room, card room, private event room, room service, tennis courts, a business center, beauty salon, spas, an indoor lap pool and an outdoor pool with cabanas.
      Development plans call for four 38-story towers featuring 10 floor plans with two to four bedrooms. Homes range from 1,550 to 11,000 square feet.
      They are priced from $355,000 to more than $5 million.
      The floor plans and a model home are on display at the 12,000-square-foot sales and model complex. The model tour is a multimedia presentation of Turnberry Place and showcases a replica of the city as viewed from the 27th floor of one of the towers.
      Sales and model center opens 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Sales office will be open Memorial Day.
