Agents see strong interest in Bella Vita

Sales agents at Bella Vita, a condominium development in southwest Las Vegas, report that reservations continue at a strong pace.

"Home buyers are rushing to take advantage of the outstanding condominium home values available at Bella Vita," Tawnya Rosenthal, marketing director, said.

Five designs are available.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo measures 720 square feet. It has a patio and dining room, and is priced from the low $90,000s.

Two designs feature two bedrooms. The 816-square-foot Sera model has one bath and is priced in the low $100,000s. The 978-square-foot Luna has two baths and is priced from the mid-$120,000s.

Three bedrooms and two baths are featured in the Solé, which measures 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$140,000s; and the Terra, which measures 1,444 square feet and is priced from the mid-$150,000s.

Amenities include raised-panel maple cabinetry, granite kitchen counter tops and surrounds, and vertical blinds.

Poolside and second-story units are available for an additional price.

The development is located at Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard, west of Interstate 15.

To visit the sales office at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and proceed west to Arville. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
