Models open in Richmond's Aviara

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Two model homes are ready for viewing at Aviara, a Richmond American Homes neighborhood in the southwestern valley.

"Aviara is an exclusive community nestled between Spanish Hills and Spanish Trail," sales agent Susan Norris said. "With 53 home sites, Aviara is a quaint community located in a remarkable area."

Buyers can choose from three single-story floor plans from the builder's Castle Rock Collection.

The 1,907-square-foot Aston plan, which is priced from the $540,000s, has been well-received by buyers, according to Norris.

"I have found the Aston to be the most popular plan with home buyers," Norris said. "With the foyer opening into the great room, buyers feel a sense of welcoming upon entering their home."

Interior highlights include a great room with an optional fireplace, a formal dining room with a vaulted ceiling, and a U-shaped kitchen with an appliance package and dining nook. The master bath features a dual-sink vanity. A covered entry complements the exterior.

The Windsor plan measures 2,108 square feet and is priced from the $560,000s. It provides a formal living and dining area, a family room with a media alcove, and an island kitchen with a dining nook. An oval tub is situated between the split vanities in the master bath. Options include an extended family room and a home office. The home also features a courtyard entry.

At 2,337 square feet, the Camelot is the largest design.

"The feature that home buyers love about the Camelot is the overall openness of the floor plan," Norris said.

The interior offers a formal living and dining room, and a great room that is open to the island kitchen with a dining nook and breakfast bar. Amenities of the master suite include a walk-in closet, dual-sink vanity, and separate tub and shower. The residence is priced from the $590,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Tropicana Avenue, head east to Durango Drive, go south to Reno Avenue and head west.

The builder has more than two dozen neighborhoods under development throughout the Las Vegas Valley. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
