North Las Vegas: Club Aliante debutsSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Del Webb's guard-gated Club Aliante opens for presales today at the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Presales start at 9 a.m. for the project, which will be developed adjacent to Del Webb's Sun City Aliante community. Club Aliante, a development for all ages, is expected to celebrate its grand opening in late fall. Senior sales manager Jeb Koury said the project was inspired by the builder's Anthem Country Club development in Henderson. "Club Aliante is the first of its kind in Aliante, and will continue a similar Club lifestyle that is so popular with our Anthem Country Club community. With only 325 homes and the planned amenities within this Club community, Club Aliante will afford its residents a private, upscale enclave to call home," Koury said. Five single- and two-story floor plans are available, measuring from 2,168 to 3,630 square feet. The base price starts from $525,000 to $712,900. All homes will be labeled Energy Star and will be built using Environments for Living technology, which makes each home more energy-efficient and provides a heating and cooling energy-use guarantee, as well as a comfort guarantee. Planned amenities within Club Aliante include a fitness/recreation center, tennis courts, a swimming pool and play areas. Aliante contains the Aliante Golf Club, a 6,900-yard public facility with 18 holes, three of which wind through Club Aliante; and the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park with a group picnic area, an amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts. Additional parks and walking trails are also featured, while commercial development is planned to include schools and shopping venues. The Club Aliante presales center is located adjacent to the Sun City Aliante sales office. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go north. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Del Webb, a subsidiary of Pulte Homes Inc., is also the developer of Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem in Henderson.
