Las Ventanas info center opens on-site

The information center for Las Ventanas has been moved to the life care community's site at 10401 W. Charleston Blvd., between Town Center Drive and Hualapai Way, in Summerlin.

Interested senior citizens can tour the property, including its common areas, dining and living rooms, wellness center with a pool, cyber café, and model apartments.

"More than 200 area seniors have already selected Las Ventanas as their future home having only seen a full-scale model and interior design renderings," Suzanne Caldarello, marketing director, said. "Now that the common area and apartments are completed, prospective residents can actually tour the community."

The $90 million project offers a resort-style environment with independent-living, as well as assisted-living and skilled-nursing facilities. The first move-ins are expected in July.
