Del Webb builds on reputation

Continuing its 40-year tradition, Del Webb attracts buyers, including repeat customers, with its energy-efficient designs, myriad amenities and customer relations.

The builder offers three age-qualified communities in the valley: Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem in Henderson; and Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas.

Homes all feature the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label certifying they are at least 30 percent more energy efficient than those built to standard code. In addition, they have the Environments for Living building technology with energy-saving features such as blown-in cellulose insulation and low-e windows. They also offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee.

Additionally, homes have upgraded wiring for high-speed technologies.

The builder's 8-Step Customer Relations Program eases the home-buying process, opens an avenue of communication for buyers, and focuses on quality assurance. From a preconstruction orientation to regular visits after completion, the builder strives to keep buyers apprised of their home's progress and answer questions.

Customer relations teams meet with buyers for up to 22 months after their homes are complete. In addition, the builder sponsors home maintenance seminars aimed at extending the home's life and value.

Sun City Anthem has 12 designs ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet and priced from the low $370,000s to the high $640,000s. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. Models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sun City Aliante offers seven floor plans measuring between 1,155 and 2,105 square feet; they are priced from the low $300,000s to the high $430,000s. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit then go north. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Solera at Anthem features five designs ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet and priced from the low $300,000s to the low $400,000s. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to Somersworth Drive. The office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
