Construction activity is brisk at Turnberry Towers, a high-rise condominium development on 10 acres at Paradise Road and Karen Avenue.
Work on the 45-story East tower has surpassed the 30th floor with completion expected in mid-2007. The 45-story West tower is also under construction and expected to open in spring 2008. Work also continues on a private five-level parking structure.

"There has been a strong demand for a residence at Turnberry Towers as we are one of the few high-rise condominium communities under construction in Las Vegas," sales executive John Riordan said. "Developer Turnberry Associates has 40 years of experience in building this type of community. The company already completed Turnberry Place in Las Vegas, which will be home to approximately 800 residents when the fourth tower opens in September."
Each tower will comprise 318 residences, a fitness facility, an outdoor pool, landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.
Buyers can choose from a one-bedroom, one-bath unit; a two-bedroom, two-bath residence; a two-bedroom, two-bath home with a den; and a three-bedroom layout with 2 1/2 baths.
Prices start from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.
Interior highlights include Italian marble baths and spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, upgraded appliances and 9-foot ceilings.
Buyers receive a two-year membership to the Stirling Club, including monthly dues.
The private facility offers casual and fine dining, fitness programs, saunas, steam baths, a beauty salon and an indoor lap pool.
Additional amenities include a nightclub with live jazz music, a piano lounge, cigar room, clay tennis courts and an outdoor pool.
