Grandbrooke releases first home sites

     American West Grandbrooke at Shadow Mountain Ranch is releasing its first home sites this weekend during its preview opening.
      "This new neighborhood has homes with up to five bedrooms," sales agent Bob Amico said. "In addition, we have a great location south of Tropicana (Avenue) with a lush entry, cul-de-sac streets ... and stunning homes. All this and pre-grand opening prices start at $152,950."
      The southwestern valley neighborhood offers single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
      "It's thrilling to see this beautiful neighborhood open. Nothing has been held back in creating this outstanding neighborhood -- quality, location, and of course, lasting value," Larry Canarelli, company president, said.
      Homes include built-in media centers, a choice of cabinets, self-cleaning ovens, glass stair rails, walk-in closets, and three-car garages in some plans.
      To visit, take Tropicana Avenue west to Grand Canyon Drive, turn left and follow the signs.
      The American West sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
