Pulte offers incentives at The Greens

     Pulte Homes provides a golf course lifestyle at The Greens, a neighborhood within the guard-gated Stallion Mountain Country Club.
      The neighborhood features four floor plans ranging from 2,300 to 2,881 square feet and priced from $206,990.

      Homes feature casitas, game rooms, great rooms, covered patios, and front porches and/or courtyards per plan.
      They also offer 10-foot ceilings, high-tech wiring, fireplaces, media niches, and kitchens with built-in appliances. During May and June, the builder is offering an upgraded kitchen appliance package.
      Front-yard landscaping is standard.
      All homes have received the Engineered for Life seal, enabling the homes to use 30 percent less energy for heating, cooling and water heating than a standard home, according to the builder.
      To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance, following the signs.
      The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
      Also located at Stallion Mountain are the builder's The Links and The Fairways neighborhoods.
      The Links features four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet. Prices start at $123,990. Front-yard landscaping, a recreation center, and a park with a gazebo and barbecues are offered.
      The Fairways offers four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet and priced from $155,990. Homes offer three to four bedrooms; great rooms; nooks; two-car garages; and options for dens, dining rooms and recreation rooms.
