Lamplight Estates previews models in northwestern valley
Carina Corp.'s Lamplight Estates at Centennial Springs celebrates its grand opening on Saturday and next Sunday with festivities that center around a Main Street USA theme.
A Dixieland band will perform while visitors enjoy apple pie, hot dogs, watermelon and other refreshments. Clowns and face-painting will also be featured.
"We've taken the traditional neighborhood concept that has proven to be so popular in our Lamplight Village community and expanded it ...," company president Mark Doppe said. "These five models blend the best of traditional home features, like lap siding, shutters, front porches and arched windows."
The gated neighborhood is in the northwestern valley and is highlighted by tree-lined streets.
Floor plans range from 2,720 to 5,236 square feet with as many as five bedrooms. The largest plan offers an optional 1,000-square-foot basement with a wine cellar and wet bar. Also available are granite counter tops, a commercial-grade gas range and built-in entertainment center.
Prices range from $239,950 to $319,950.
Each home has a front porch and gas street lamp. Home sites measure a minimum of one-quarter acre.
A choice of exteriors is available. There is traditional with lap siding, brick trim and shutters; contemporary with stucco and tile; and Tudor with wood accents and stone trim.
Shared amenities include parks, lighted tennis courts, picnic areas and playgrounds.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Tenaya Way then north to Farm Road.
Model homes and the sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 1 p.m.
