Exec: Lots sell quickly at The Estates at Seven Hills

     Lot sales and construction of homes continues at a rapid pace in The Estates at Seven Hills custom-home community in Seven Hills, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales.
      Christie said there are nearly 60 custom homes completed, under construction or in the architectural review process in the community, which will comprise about 250 homes in guard-gated neighborhoods.
      "Some of the most luxurious custom homes being built in Southern Nevada right now are under construction at The Estates at Seven Hills," Christie said, pointing out that among them are the nine homes that will be featured in this fall's Street of Dreams show, which will be held in the Venezia neighborhood.
      "At this time, we are offering some of the most desirable home sites in all of Southern Nevada, and our pricing is exceptionally competitive," Christie said. "Best of all, the home sites we have available for sale include many that offer unsurpassed city, golf course and mountain views.       Rapallo, the first neighborhood, has closed out; sales are under way at Venezia and Terracina.
      The lots at Venezia overlook the Rio Secco Golf Club. Home sites ranging from one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre are priced from $179,000.
      Terracina's lots measure from one-quarter acre to one-half acre, and are priced from $225,000. Golf course, city and mountain views lots are available.
      Rapallo has a view park, while Terracina features a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts and a playground. Venezia's park has a playground and tennis court.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Parkway, which is west of Eastern Avenue.
      The information center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
