Pardee's Presidio near buildout
Pardee Homes' Presidio neighborhood has entered its final phase in the Seven Hills planned community, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.
"Pardee's Presidio is currently in the model build-out phase," Landry said. "With only 12 homes left to choose from, Presidio is expected to close out this summer."
The gated neighborhood features three two-story floor plans ranging from 3,242 to 4,079 square feet, with kitchen/family room combinations, and formal living and dining rooms. Homes are priced from $260,950 to $286,950.
Homes feature Italian-style architecture, volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, and powder rooms with pedestal sinks in some plans.
Options and upgrades include crown molding, a window apron package, wood shutters, home office package, video entry system and central vacuum system.
Homes meet the energy-efficiency standards of the Energy Star seal and ComfortWise designation.
According to the builder, among the programs' benefits are a decrease in ultraviolet light through specially treated glass windows; cost savings in utilities; and quieter homes due to the installation of vinyl-framed windows.
"Presidio home buyers enjoy the amenities of the higher elevation, including an occasional snowfall during the holiday season, along with cooler temperatures in the summer months," Landry said.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.A combined kitchen and family room are featured in the Michelangelo model at Presidio, a Pardee Homes' neighborhood in Seven Hills.
