     Seminar relates
     to home buying
      United Title Summit Appraisal and Northern Pacific Mortgage will present a free home-buyer seminar at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the offices of United Title Co., 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 101.
      Topics include the buying process, property appraisal and financing.

     Session examines
     property issues
      The Consumer Credit Counseling Service and the Nevada Fair Housing Center will present "A Home of My Own," a class that examines the benefits of homeownership, the buying process, property disclosure and other issues.
      The English version of the seminar will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday; again from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 5; and also in weeknight sessions on June 14 and 21, both from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
      The Spanish version will be held on June 13 and 20, both from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
      All sessions will take place at 3650 S. Decatur Blvd., Suite 32, except the June 5 class, which will be held at 2725 E. Desert Inn Road, Suite 180.
