n The Southern Nevada Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors has been established. Perry Muscelli of CB Richard Ellis is the organization's first president.
n CB Richard Ellis' Kevin Higgins and Paul Hoyt arranged a three-year, 12,000-square-foot lease at 6225 S. Valley View Blvd., Units K and L, to Casino Travel and Tour Management Co. on behalf of Koll Valley View II for $270,000. In another transaction, Derek Rafie represented Amerilink Corp. in the three-year lease of 4,080 square feet at 4560 S. Valley View Blvd. from Valley View Parc I for $95,000. Randy Broadhead and Darren Lemmon arranged a six-year lease of 17,044 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive to MRC Group on behalf of IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates for $908,000. In another transaction, Higgins and Hoyt represented Koll Valley View in a five-year, 4,800-square-foot lease at 6225 S. Valley View Blvd., Unit C, to Legends of the Silver Screen Ltd., represented by Rafie, for $235,000. Perry Muscelli and Suzette LaGrange represented Operating Engineers Funds Inc. in a seven-year lease of 74,730 square feet at Golden Triangle Industrial Park at 4900 Engineers Way to Advance Polybag Inc. for $2.1 million.
n Colliers International's Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Westate Land in a five-year lease of 4,082 square feet at 7180 S. Industrial Road, Suites B-6 and B-7, to Oakwood Corporate Housing, represented by CB Richard Ellis' Derek Rafie, for $183,302. In another transaction, Dan Doherty represented Great Springs Waters of America in the two-year lease of 2,635 square feet at 4225 W. Teco Ave. to Herd Enterprises Inc. for $56,964. Matt Bear represented Smart and Final in the 20-year lease of 21,057 square feet at the northeast corner of Lake Mead Drive and Eastern Avenue from Eastern MarketPlace Co. for $6.5 million. In another transaction, DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov represented Spring Mountain Developers in the 48-month lease of 2,025 square feet at 5670 Wynn Road, Suite C, to Brad Sugars Action International for $92,523. DeLew, Pancirov and Pinter also represented Vari-Lite Inc. in the 31-month lease of 5,664 square feet at 6231 McLeod Drive, Suite E, to Trade Show Specialists for $103,811. Scott Marker represented World Premier Investments in the 20-year lease of 30,000 square feet at 10510 S. Eastern Ave. to KFC Corp. for $1.4 million. Marker also represented The Artful Potter in the five-year lease of 1,500 square feet at 8826 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 114, from Triple Five Development for $185,000.
n Pro Commercial Real Estate's Gary Burgher represented Milos Krejcik in the three-year lease of 5,460 square feet of warehouse/office space at 6275 Saddle Tree Drive from Adrian Licciardi for $118,233.
n GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented Jaymark Komer in the five-year lease of 5,600 square feet at 4110 W. Dewey Drive to Water Products Distributors for $256,884. In another transaction, Al Kingham represented EDIC Investigations Inc. in the five-year lease of 5,445 square feet at 2752 S. Highland Drive from Rocky Mountain Co. for $350,592. David Stubbs represented both parties in Howell Development Co.'s three-year lease of 2,220 square feet at 175 Cassia Way in Henderson from Ernest P. Domanico for $53,465.
n Paul Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty Inc. represented Desert Properties in the sale of 5,945 square feet at 4145 W. Teco Ave. for $450,000. Sweetland also represented Leonardi Properties in the five-year lease of 6,475 square feet at 6250 Banning Drive to A-1 Casters and Equipment for $280,500.
n CB Richard Ellis' Kevin Higgins and Paul Hoyt represented DP Operating Partnership in the three-year lease of 22,290 square feet at 3940 E. Craig Road, Suite 105, to Home Stores Inc. for $330,000. In another transaction, Brad Peterson and Randy Broadhead represented TW/BRP Plazas in the two-year lease of 1,475 square feet at 2340 Paseo Del Prado, Suite D202, to Marydean and Associates for $59,000. Peterson and Broadhead also represented Buffalo Nickel Ltd. in three separate lease transactions totaling $879,000 at 330 S. Third St.: Morison, Knox, Holden and Melendez will occupy 252 square feet for a one-year term; Weide & Associates will occupy 2,110 square feet for a three-year term; and U.S. Public Defender will occupy 18,765 square feet for a two-year term.
