American West listed on Builder 100

     American West Homes, a locally owned and operated company, has been ranked as the nation's 23rd largest home builder in the May 2000 issue of Builder magazine.
      The Builder 100 rankings are based on annual revenue.
      "In a market where new builders seem to pop up every day, it is important for consumers to not only shop for homes, but also shop for builders," Larry Canarelli, company president, said. "(We have) the financial strength as the nation's 23rd largest builder, as well as a commitment to family values and lifestyle that come from a locally based company.

      The builder is developing the Silverado Terrace, Silverado Crossing, Silverado Canyons and Crown Pointe neighborhoods in the Silverado Ranch community; and Coronado Ranch, Windbrooke, Baybrooke and Grandbrooke in the southwestern valley.
