Closeout imminent at Avante Homes' Aventura

Avante Homes' Aventura, an all-single-story Summerlin neighborhood, is rapidly approaching closeout with 17 homes remaining, according to sales agent Jolanta Berstler.

"We are well on our way to selling our final release of homes and those who act quickly will be last to access this outstanding lifestyle, location and value," Berstler said.
