Immediate move-ins available at Anthem Country Club

Del Webb Corp. has several homes ready for occupancy at its Anthem Country Club community in Henderson.

"These inventory homes have been prepared for those home buyers who don't wish to wait for their home to be built," Bob Rademacher, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "It's perfect for the buyer who wants to take immediate advantage of the amenities offered at Anthem Country Club."

Buyers who purchase and close on an inventory home before June 25 will receive an electric golf cart valued at $5,000 or $5,000 in design studio credit.

Available inventory homes range from 1,394 to more than 4,511 square feet, with some on lots with city, mountain or golf course views.

One of the homes eligible for the incentive is a Cantata plan in the Barrington neighborhood. The home includes several options and upgrades, including granite kitchen counter tops, maple kitchen cabinets, upgraded appliances, a beamed ceiling in the dining room, and a spa tub and fireplace in the owner suite. The home is priced at $924,164.

Twenty floor plans from four home collections are offered at the guard-gated community. Prices range from the $190,000s to more than $1 million.

Custom-home sites are also available, some of which overlook the community's 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course designed by Keith Foster and Hale Irwin.

Among the amenities is an athletic club with fitness equipment, swimming pool, tennis courts, aerobics studio, basketball, volleyball and tennis. A full-service salon offers a variety of services.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and proceed about three miles south of St. Rose Parkway. The models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
