Pardee Homes appoints marketing manager
-- Pardee Homes has appointed Kathy Hilty to the newly created post of Las Vegas regional marketing manager, a position where she will oversee public relations, advertising and market research for the company. Previously, Hilty served as marketing director for Sunrise Colony Co. -- The Nevada Manufactured Housing Association, a statewide trade organization, has installed its slate of officers for 2001-03. David Cleveland, owner of Valley Homes of Pahrump, is president. Local residents serving on the board are Doug Chapman of Sun Valley Homes; Jerry Govan, developer representative; and Ron Richardson of Ballerina Enterprises. -- Colliers International's Spencer Pinter, Greg Pancirov and Michael DeLew represented S.T.W.M.S. in its 62-month lease of 5,664 square feet at 7585 Commercial Way, Suite E, to Interwest Home Medical for $230,470. -- CB Richard Ellis' Suzette LaGrange and Brad Peterson represented both parties in Green Valley Development's five-year lease of 7,617 square feet at 2275 Corporate Circle to HCA The Healthcare Co. for $950,000. In another transaction, LaGrange represented Green Valley Development in its three-year lease of 3,179 square feet at 2275 Corporate Circle to Ohana Properties for $270,000. LaGrange also represented DSA Development in its five-year lease of 2,289 square feet at 4040 S. Eastern Ave. to IOF Foresters for $305,000.
