Borgata, a gated condominium complex located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers a 15-seat movie theater as one of its community amenities.

"We've found that the theater has done a great job helping bring our residents together, where people have made new friends, and we plan to build upon that as more residents move in," said sales agent Lovie Jones.

The theater is located in the complex's recreation center, where other community events regularly take place.

"Borgata has a full-time homeowner's association representative on staff who's currently putting together a list of events that will take place at the community center, including the theatre," Jones said.

The complex also features resort-style pools and spas with shaded ramadas, as well as barbecue areas and mature landscaping with palm trees and water features.

"Whether it's hanging out watching a movie at our theater, or sitting by the pool, we want our residents to feel like they're in another world when they come home to Borgata," said Jones.

Home structures feature a Mediterranean-style design.

The four floor plans include the Geneva, which measures 994 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths.

The 717-square-foot Ambrose offers one bedroom and one bath, while the Callisto model measures 947 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths.

The largest plan, Marcellus, provides three bedrooms and two baths in 1,170 square feet.

The residences are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Standard features in all units include tile entry flooring, granite kitchen and bath counter tops and crown molding. Walk-in closets are featured in all bedrooms.

Additional features include washers and dryers, security alarms, storage areas, window blinds throughout and 4-inch baseboards.

The kitchens come with stainless steel appliances, raised-panel cabinetry, wine racks, and brushed-nickel fixtures and hardware.

All homes have terraces, and select plans offer tile flooring options.

The development also comprises a business center, clubhouse lounge, barbecue areas, fitness center and courtyard,.

Covered parking is assigned.

The complex is located at 4400 S. Jones Blvd., between Tropicana Avenue and Flamingo Road.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
