Lennar provides Memorial Day weekend deal at Canyon Springs

Lennar offers as much as $10,000 in savings on a new release of homes at Canyon Springs as part of its Memorial Day weekend special, according to executive Thomas Isbell.

"We've released a great selection of fully completed new homes just in time for summer move-ins," he said.

The northeastern Las Vegas Valley neighborhood offers a collection of single- and two-story homes, ranging from 1,659 to 3,117 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths.

The five-bedroom Beverly Hills model measures 3,117 square feet and features a family room and loft game room.

The La Jolla, a single-story home in 1,869 square feet, comes with a tech area, split garage and courtyard entry.

All of the homes offer standard amenities such as granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, tile entries, two-tone exterior paint, cultured-marble vanities and upgraded appliances. A three-car garage is offered in all but one floor plan. All are built to Energy Star standards.

Homes are priced from the $300,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to North Fifth Street and turn south. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily except Fridays, when they open at noon.
