Christopher builds throughout valley



Christopher Homes is active throughout the valley, offering designs that range from courtyard homes priced from the mid-$300,000s to custom designs valued in the millions. Six neighborhoods are currently open for sales, and the full-service custom-home division has more than two dozen homes under construction in such communities as Southern Highlands Golf Club, Lake Las Vegas, Seven Hills, Anthem, MacDonald Highlands and Summerlin.

The company's newest neighborhoods are The Villas and The Christopher Collection, both located in the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley. Each offers home sites along the golf course with city and mountain views and access to the club. Club amenities include roving security, concierge services, a planned sports and fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, and 42,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Priced from the mid-$300,000s to the mid-$800,000s, The Villas features seven single-family designs, ranging from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and featuring a courtyard and a rear terrace. Buyers may add an additional level to their design. Landscaping of the front yards and open space is taken care of through the homeowners association.

Homes at The Christopher Collection range from 3,000 to 6,200 square feet and are priced from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million. Fifteen designs are available and offer customizing options such as additional bedrooms, wine cellars and courtyard fireplaces.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south to Lake Mead Drive and exit west, following the signs.

Bellacere is a guard-gated, custom-home neighborhood located along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin. Designed for custom homes valued from about $650,000 to more than $4 million, the neighborhood offers home sites measuring from about one-quarter acre to one-half acre with views of the fairways, city and mountains. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive and go east.

Also located in Summerlin is Vineyards, a guard-gated neighborhood in The Arbors village with home sites averaging one-quarter acre. Four one- and two-story designs are featured, ranging from 3,072 to 5,000 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s. The neighborhood aligns Paseo Park, which connects to two Summerlin parks. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Anasazi Drive and turn south. Turn right on Banburry Cross Drive and proceed to Laurelglen Drive.

The guard-gated Palisades, which is being constructed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons, is in its final phase. Five one- and two-story designs are priced from the high $600,000s and range from 3,758 to 6,200 square feet. All of the home sites are located along the golf course and some offer city and mountain views. To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn south and proceed to Hualapai Way.

One home remains at San Michelle, which is located in the guard-gated Queensridge community. Priced at $662,687, the single-story Chagall design is ready for immediate move in and features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a three-car garage and 3,912 square feet. The home also features a casita with a full bath, courtyard fireplace, front- and rear-yard landscaping, cherry cabinetry, travertine flooring, and custom interior paint in neutral tones.
