Pardee releases final homes at Serenade

The final six homes at Serenade have been released for sale, according to Pardee Homes' sales executive Ray Landry. The neighborhood is located within the builder's Rancho Las Palmas community in the southeastern valley.

"These homes will be close to shopping, school and outdoor family activities," Landry said. "Pardee designed Rancho Las Palmas to include amenities important to families, such as education and recreation."

Serenade is near John R. Beatty Elementary School and the 8-acre Hidden Palms Park and ball field. Rancho Las Palmas residents can also access the community's tennis courts, playground, volleyball and basketball courts, trails, and a gazebo with a barbecue and picnic area.

Four floor plans range from 1,964 to 3,282 square feet, and are priced from $193,950 to $246,950.

Plan One is a single-story home that can be built with three bedrooms or two bedrooms plus a den.

The kitchen features ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, breakfast bar, pantry and optional desk.

Plan Two, also a single-story design, offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and den, or it can provide four bedrooms and three baths.

The two-story Plan Three includes four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room, optional loft and a tech center.

Plan Four offers four bedrooms, three baths, a library plus a bonus room. It can also be built with as many as five bedrooms and four baths. A loft is optional, while a downstairs bedroom and bath are standard.

Standard features include volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or wood flooring at entry, oak handrails with white pickets, and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths. Master suites provide walk-in closets, enclosed toilets, and separate tubs and showers. All kitchens have a center island and breakfast nook.

All homes feature the Energy Star label, which means they exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and turn right. Proceed to Bermuda Road, turn left and drive to Brindisi Avenue. At Brindisi, turn right and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Pardee is also developing the Eldorado planned community and Fiesta neighborhood in North Las Vegas; the Nevada Trails, Big Sky Ranches and Shadow Mountain Ranch communities in southwest Las Vegas; and Renaissance in Seven Hills.
