Incentives await shoppers at Echo Ridge

Pulte Homes is offering special incentives to buyers of select homes at Echo Ridge, an all-single-story neighborhood in the Summerlin master-planned community. The qualifying homes are ready for move in.

"The incentives can be tailored for each home buyer, such as closing costs, lower rates, options, upgrades, depending on the buyer's needs," Todd Hahn, sales manager for Pulte, said. "Home buyers are encouraged to visit the community and discuss with the community sales agents what fits best for them."

Echo Ridge is situated within Ridgebrook Village and offers five floor plans. The homes measure from 1,657 to 2,486 square feet and are priced from $228,990 to $269,990. Features include courtyard entries, exterior color schemes, 9-foot ceilings, rotundas at entry, and structured wiring system.

All homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being as Energy Star Homes, Pulte Living Certified homes offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

Summerlin's amenities include parks, golf courses, schools and trails.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, head north to Desert Inn Road then turn left. Drive across the interstate and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Pulte is developing 11 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada, and plans to open Sage Hills, Cara Vella and Wyeth Ranch.
