Christopher executive touts Bellacere
Anyone seeking a custom home in a prestigious and established area of Las Vegas, should visit Christopher Homes' Bellacere custom-home neighborhood in Summerlin, according to Mark Stuhmer, vice president of the builder's custom division. Located in The Canyons village, the guard-gated neighborhood features residences valued from about $759,000 to more than $4 million. Home sites range from one-third acre to one-half acre, including some that offer views of the city, mountains and the fairways of TPC at The Canyons. "Bellacere offers the final opportunity for buyers to have their ultimate dream homes built along one of Summerlin's most renowned championship golf courses. We also offer the option to combine two custom-home sites and create a large private estate up to an acre in size," Stuhmer said. He said the builder's custom-home division includes an architectural team, interior designers, construction experts and customer service representatives. Buyers can access the builder's other floor plans during the design phase of their own homes. Options include basements, elevators, detached casitas, wine cellars, and fireside courtyards. Stuhmer said the builder strived to create an outdoor environment to complement the homes' architecture. "A guard house and entry monuments give you a first impression of the elegance that awaits you. Inside, you see landscaped open space areas with walking paths that meander along a private linear park, and a park with a playground and tennis court. In fact, the entire Bellacere neighborhood has an intimate feel, as only 56 custom residences will be built," Stuhmer said. To visit Bellacere, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive, then go east. The sales and information center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
