Pardee releases homes in Saddle Peak
Pardee Homes is releasing a new phase today at the gated single-story Saddle Peak neighborhood in Nevada Trails, a southwestern valley community. "Now is a great time to purchase one of these beautiful, executive-level homes at Saddle Peak," sales executive Ray Landry said. "In addition to highly functional home design and the convenience of single-story living, Pardee offers an extraordinary level of energy efficiency at Saddle Peak. These energy-efficient homes are cooler in the summer, warmer in winter and quieter by design." Pardee was the first large regional builder to make the commitment that 100 percent of its new homes comply with the Energy Star program that reduces the need for energy by at least 30 percent, according to the Environmental Protection Agency. The EPA recently named Pardee an Energy Star Partner of the Year for building only energy-efficient homes. Three floor plans are available in Saddle Peak, and each features a courtyard entry and an island kitchen. At 2,565 square feet, Plan One provides four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and options that include a den, Nevada room and additional bath. The home also has a two-car garage plus swing garage and is priced from $280,700. Plan Two can be built with three bedrooms and a den or with four bedrooms in addition to 2 1/2 baths in 2,823 square feet. Options include a courtyard fireplace and a wet bar located just off the courtyard. A three-car garage is standard with this home, which is priced from $294,700. At 3,025 square feet, Plan Three offers four bedrooms and a den or optional fifth bedroom, and three baths. A studio, exercise room or dual master suites are optional, while a two-car garage plus swing garage is standard. This plan is based priced from $301,700. Alternate versions are priced from $303,950. Nevada Trails features three neighborhoods -- Saddle Peak, Silver Tree and Manzanita -- and 11 model homes in a park-like setting. The community is planned to include trails and 13 acres of parks. "Our home buyers particularly love Nevada Trails' peaceful desert setting with the backdrop of the Spring Mountain Range," Landry said. The Silver Tree neighborhood offers four floor plans, ranging from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, four baths, and two- and three-car garages. Prices start from $230,950 to $293,950. The four floor plans in Manzanita measure from 1,414 to 2,566 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two- and three-car garages. Homes are priced from $189,950 to $236,450. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
