Open house scheduled in Seven Hills

Open houses for the two remaining new residences in US Home's Palazzo Monte neighborhood are scheduled today and tomorrow. The gated neighborhood is located within Seven Hills, a community in Henderson.

"This is the final opportunity to purchase a brand new, luxurious home built by US Home within Seven Hills," sales agent Terry Stewart said. Both homes are two-story Roma floor plans.

The first residence features six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in 4,300 square feet. It is situated on a 12,700-square-foot home site. Highlights include front and rear verandas, raised maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and an upgraded electrical package. The home is priced at $525,849.

The second residence measures 4,088 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths. Additional features include a rear veranda and patio, granite kitchen counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, two fireplaces, and a premium electrical package that includes an audio system. It is priced at $472,420.

Open house hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.

Special incentives are available to buyers who finance their home purchase through US Home's preferred lender.

To reach Palazzo Monte, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, head south and follow the signs.

Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre development of Silver Canyon Partnership, and is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including roughly 300 custom homes. It is in the final phase of sales.

Custom-home sites remain available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most of the lots are located within guard-gated neighborhoods with views of the city, mountains and a nearby golf course.

The largest available home site measures about an acre. Prices range from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

About one-third of the acreage is dedicated to open space, and most neighborhoods link with or are adjacent to parks and walkways.

Four city parks, Allegro, Puccini, Vivaldi and Sonata, variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. Each park is designed to complement the natural surroundings.

The information center is located on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
