Black Hawk draws buyers' interest
Pageantry Communities reports strong buyer interest in its Black Hawk condominium development to be built in North Las Vegas. DeeAnn Alper-Collins, sales and marketing executive, said the first three phases of the complex were reserved in one month. "Black Hawk is an exciting addition to our offering of neighborhoods, and we're confident about its continued success as more phases are released," she said. "Black Hawk offers a wide variety of amenities for homeowners, and the company prides itself on offering what we call `mini-master plans,' incorporating many of the design elements that can be found in any master plan setting." Amenities will include a swimming pool, spa, playground and barbecue areas. Three two-story floor plans range from 1,071 to 1,383 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and a one- or two-car garage. Prices start from the $150,000s. Similar models can be viewed at the Aventine development in the northwestern valley. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, turn left and proceed Oso Blanca Road (Frontage Road) and turn right. Go to Severance Lane and turn left, proceed to Teepee Lane and turn right. Turn right again on Gilcrease Avenue. The office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The models at Black Hawk are scheduled to open in August. Until then, potential buyers can review the floor plans in the on-site sales trailer. It is also open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Losee Road, go south to Centennial Parkway and head west. Proceed past Pecos Road and follow the signs.
