Lender leaders
Pulte Mortgage is among the first lenders in the nation to offer a unique new mortgage product in the Las Vegas market. It is a five-year interest-only loan with a temporary interest rate buy-down subsidized by Pulte Homes. The Fannie Mae product allows the company to offer temporary interest rate buy-downs on interest-only mortgages in addition to fully amortized loans.
