Carlisle at Summerlin showcases improvements to condominiums

New granite counter tops and maple cabinetry in the kitchens and baths are among the improvements made to the units at Carlisle at Summerlin, a gated condominium development.

Four floor plans are available, including two-story two- and three-bedroom units. They range from 768 to 1,341 square feet, and are priced from the $160,000s.

Additional improvements include new plumbing and light fixtures, mirrored closet doors, vertical blinds and miniblinds, two-tone paint, and retextured ceilings.

Carpet is featured in the dining room, living room and bedrooms, while the kitchen, baths and entry have ceramic-tile flooring.

Architectural features include 9-foot or vaulted ceilings, plant shelves, serving bars and walk-in closets, per plan.

Some plans have a fireplace and ceiling fans.

Kitchens contain a new appliance package which includes a range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Cable television and telephone outlets are featured in each bedroom, and master suites have an oval tub.

All condos have central forced-air heating and air conditioning, a patio or balcony, and a washer and dryer.

Some plans offer garages with direct access.

Amenities include a heated swimming pool with waterfall and rock island features, a spa, sauna, barbecue area, clubhouse, and fitness center with cardiovascular and weight-training equipment.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Covington Cross Drive then head west and follow the signs.
